Information collected through this website
The enquiry form on this website does not transmit anything to us and does not store anything on this site. It composes a message in your own email application, which you then choose whether to send. Until you send that message, the information you typed stays on your device.
This website does not use advertising cookies and does not run third-party tracking or profiling scripts.
Information you send us directly
When you contact us by email, telephone or messaging application, we receive whatever you choose to include. That ordinarily means your name and contact details, and a description of the matter you are enquiring about. We use it to respond to you, to assess whether we are able to act, and to carry out the checks required of us before accepting an instruction.
Please do not send confidential or privileged material in a first enquiry. A client relationship is not established by sending an enquiry, and correspondence before one exists does not attract the protections that apply afterwards.
Keeping and sharing information
Enquiry correspondence is retained only for as long as there is a reason to keep it, including any period we are required to observe. Information is not sold, and it is not shared other than where necessary to act on the matter, or where we are required to disclose it.
Your rights
Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data provides rights in respect of personal data, including rights of access and correction. To make a request, or to ask that we delete an enquiry, write to info@mdwpartners.ae.
